The Venue

If you are thinking of holding a function here at North Middlesex Golf Club, we believe our clubhouse, with its fantastic views overlooking our signature hole on the golf course, will create the perfect setting for your event .

Our clubhouse, which is also known as the Manor House, can accommodate up to 120 people and our Staff are on hand to help you organise everything to make your event go as smoothly as possible. See what some of our previous hirers have said about us.

What is the maximum number of people the venue can hold?

The venue can hold a maximum of 120 people for a buffet style function and 80 people for a formal sit down meal.

Are catering and drinks packages available?

Yes, food and catering packages are available at request and can be tailor-made to suit the individual’s needs. To see some of our sample menus please click on the following PDFs.

Are we allowed to use outside caterers at our event?

Unfortunately we do request that if you would like to use our facilities then you need to use the catering team here at the club. We will, however, allow you to bring in a birthday cake, etc., which we can cut and serve.

Are there car parking spaces available?

We have a car parking facility at the Club (free) which provides ample parking space. If, however, the car park is full, there is no parking restriction on the surrounding roads by the club.

Is there a dress code for outside functions?

Although we have a dress code for golfing Members, we do not have a dress code for outside functions, as this is in a separate location inside the building.

Does the function room hire allow access to the terrace seating area?

Yes! If the weather is suitable you are welcome to use our outside seating area, although we cannot provide exclusive use of the terrace. We do stress that for safety reasons guests are not allowed to venture onto any of the grass areas, which are exclusively for golfers.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes! The function room location is on the ground floor and we have disabled access, including a disabled toilet on the ground floor.

Are there any functions/parties that you do not accept?

We do not accept any birthday parties under the age of 25.

Meeting and Conference Special***£200
* Price based on 6 hour room hire between 12pm – 6pm Monday to Friday. For prices outside of this time please contact the office.
** Price based on 6 hour room hire (either 12pm-6pm or 6pm-12am) Friday to Sunday. Bar extensions are available until a maximum of 1am charged at £150 for an extra hour.
